Sand discharging rubber hose Introduction
Dredge rubber hoses are designed specifically for discharge service as a flexible connector between lengths of pipe to handle the shifting and twisting of pontoons caused by water movement. Flange type dredging rubber hose is used for connecting pipelines, reducing the swaying which is caused by waves, so that medium can flow smoothly in the pipeline.

1. Rubber Hose Pipe Materials:
Tube: Smooth NR/ synthetic rubber, generally color is black
Reinforcement: one or multilayer spiral fabric reinforcements, steel wire spiral layer,
Cover: Oil, abrasion and weather-resistant wrapped synthetic rubber.

2. Rubber Hose Pipe Structure:
1) The inner rubber liner is composed of wear-proof natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
2) The reinforcement layer is composed of high strength rubber dipped chemical fiber and reinforced by spiral metal wire.
