This new hammer crusher is one type of highly efficient energy-saving machine developed by our factory. It combines the advantages of different kinds of crushers and is suitable for crushing the materials with medium hardness (Hardness value ≤ 2000kg/cm2) such as limestone, phosphate rock, asbestos ore, coal, gypsum and mineral ores.

Features
1. It features good crushing effect. When the materials with its feed particle size from 450mm to 550mm get into the working area of hammers, the crusher will not discharge those materials until their particle size is between 0mm and 55mm. The size of more than 60%.of discharged particles ranges from 20mm to 40mm.

2. This new hammer crusher simplifies the operation through combing the original process and second crushing process to reduce its maintenance costs.
3. Compared with other similar devices, it saves at least 30% of electric power.
4. It has a long service life. It is made of highly wear-resistant alloy materials so that the service life of its wearing parts increases by 2 fold to 5 fold.
5. The hammer crusher has a large-capacity crushing bin and wrap-around sieve, which makes its high output capacity and low wear. The discharge size could be adjusted by changing the hammers' number or the sieve.
